Bonus & Promotions Policy

This Policy explains how our promotions work. It complements the Terms & Conditions, Responsible Gambling Policy, Privacy Policy, and the specific Promotion Terms shown on each offer page. If there is a conflict, the Promotion‑specific terms control for that offer; otherwise, this Policy applies.

1. Definitions

  • Bonus funds — promotional credit that cannot be withdrawn until conditions (for example, wagering) are met.
  • Cash funds — your own deposited money and cash winnings that are not tied to bonus conditions.
  • Wagering requirement — the amount you must bet before you can convert bonus funds (and any winnings from them) to cash.
  • Contribution table — how different games count towards wagering.
  • Max bet while wagering — the highest stake allowed per spin/round until wagering is complete.
  • FS / Free Spins — a number of spins on a named slot; winnings may be bonus funds unless stated as cash.
  • Cashback — a percentage of net losses over a period; may be credited as cash or bonus.
  • Irregular play — patterns that attempt to clear wagering without real risk or that exploit game rules.

2. Eligibility and opt‑in

2.1 Who can participate. Promotions are available only to verified BinoBet account holders aged 18+ who are physically located in the Netherlands and not excluded via CRUKS or self‑exclusion.

2.2 One per person/household. Unless stated otherwise, each offer is limited to one per person, household, address, IP, device, or payment method.

2.3 Opt‑in. Some promotions require an explicit opt‑in in the cashier, in your inbox, or via the offer page. If opt‑in is required and you do not opt in, the offer will not apply.

2.4 Marketing preferences. You can opt out of marketing at any time. Service messages about active bonuses may still be sent.

2.5 Right to refuse. We may refuse or withdraw an offer where eligibility conditions are not met, where risk controls require it, or where we reasonably suspect abuse.

3. Bonus wallet and order of play

3.1 Separate balances. We keep cash and bonus balances separate and display both.

3.2 Bet order. Unless the offer states a different order:

  • Bets use cash funds first, then bonus funds;
  • Winnings from cash bets are cash; winnings from bonus bets are bonus until wagering is complete.

3.3 Locking. Some offers may “lock” your deposit together with the bonus (for example, deposit + bonus must be wagered). If locking applies, it will be clearly shown on the offer page.

3.4 Multiple bonuses. Only one active wagering bonus can be in play at a time unless the offer explicitly allows stacking. Free spins may run alongside a wagering bonus.

4. Wagering requirements

4.1 How wagering is calculated. If an offer states “25× bonus,” you must place qualifying bets totalling 25 times the bonus amount. If it states “25× (bonus + deposit),” you must wager the combined amount.

4.2 Contribution table (default). Unless the offer sets a different table:

  • Slots: 100% of stake counts;
  • Live casino & table games: 10% of stake counts;
  • Low‑risk bets (e.g., even‑money roulette, certain baccarat stakes): 0% where listed;
  • Excluded games: shown on the offer page or in the in‑game list.
    We may update excluded titles from time to time for fairness reasons; the live list on the offer page controls.

4.3 Minimum stake. Bets below €0.10 (or the game’s minimum) may not count towards wagering.

4.4 Time limits. Wagering must be completed within the time stated on the offer (for example, 30 days). Unused bonus and associated winnings expire after the deadline.

5. Max bet and game play while wagering

5.1 Max bet rule. While a wagering requirement is active, the maximum bet per spin/round is the lower of €5 or 5% of the initial bonus value, unless the Promotion Terms specify a different figure.

5.2 Feature buys and jackpots. Bonus buys, “feature purchase” mechanics, and progressive jackpot bets are excluded from wagering unless expressly permitted.

5.3 Autoplay and game features. Autoplay is allowed only where regulations permit and must respect the max bet. Using game features to artificially reduce variance may be considered irregular play (see Section 8).

6. Free spins (FS)

6.1 Credit and expiry. FS are credited on the named slot(s) and expire 7 days after issue unless otherwise stated.

6.2 Winnings. Winnings from FS are credited as bonus funds by default and carry a wagering requirement (for example, 20×), unless the offer states “FS winnings paid as cash.”

6.3 Currency and denomination. FS value (e.g., €0.10 per spin) is shown on the offer. Changing coin values inside the game is not permitted if it exceeds the FS denomination.

7. Cashback

7.1 How it works. Cashback is a percentage of net losses (stakes minus wins) for a defined period. It may be credited as cash (no wagering) or as bonus (with wagering), as stated on the offer.

7.2 Caps and exclusions. Cashback is often capped (for example, up to €100). Bets made with bonus funds may be excluded.

7.3 Timing. We aim to credit cashback on the date shown in the offer. If account checks are pending, credit may be delayed.

8. Irregular play and abuse prevention

8.1 Principle. Bonuses are for entertainment, not for risk‑free profit extraction. We may cancel bonuses, remove associated winnings, or restrict accounts where irregular play is identified.

8.2 Examples (non‑exhaustive).

  • Hedging or covering opposite outcomes to flatten risk;
  • Deliberately reducing variance (for example, low‑contribution games only, “safe” patterns to cycle stakes);
  • Placing one or a few very large bets after building balance with small bets while wagering is active;
  • Transferring value between accounts or collusion;
  • Using multiple accounts, devices, or payment methods to obtain the same offer;
  • Exploiting software glitches, latency, or known malfunctions;
  • Using VPN/Remote Desktop to bypass geographic restrictions.

8.3 Our actions. Depending on severity: warning; removal of bonus and bonus winnings; adjustment of balances to the last fair state; account limits; suspension or closure; and, where relevant, reporting to regulators.

9. Account checks and responsible play

9.1 KYC/AML. We may request documents to verify identity, payment ownership, and source of funds/wealth. Pending checks can pause withdrawals and, in some cases, promotional eligibility.

9.2 Duty of care. If we detect harm indicators (for example, repeated limit increases, chasing losses, night‑time sessions), we may apply limits, pause marketing, or suspend promotions for your account.

9.3 CRUKS/self‑exclusion. If you are in CRUKS or self‑excluded, you cannot receive promotions. Active bonuses are cancelled when exclusion starts.

10. Offer errors and changes

10.1 Obvious errors. If an offer is clearly incorrect (for example, wrong multiplier or unlimited cashback due to a misprint), we may cancel or correct it. A reasonable person would recognise it as a mistake.

10.2 Change or withdrawal. We may change or withdraw an offer for legal, technical, or fairness reasons. We honour benefits already earned under the published terms unless irregular play or breach is involved.

10.3 Availability. Some offers are time‑limited, inventory‑limited, or targeted to specific groups. We do not guarantee continued availability.

11. Tournaments and missions

11.1 Fair play. Only real‑money bets placed in line with game rules and this Policy count. Any attempt to manipulate scoring (for example, low‑risk cycling) may lead to disqualification.

11.2 Leaderboards. Tiebreakers, prize splits, and visibility rules are published on the event page. We may adjust scores in cases of error or abuse.

11.3 Prizes. Prizes may be cash, bonus funds, FS, or physical items. Delivery timelines and any tax responsibilities are shown per event.

12. Loyalty and VIP

12.1 Discretionary benefits. Loyalty levels, points, cashback rates, and VIP privileges are discretionary and may change. Responsible Gambling rules override VIP benefits.

12.2 Qualification and review. Entry and retention are assessed using activity, risk profile, and compliance status. We may pause VIP benefits during affordability or AML reviews.

13. Expiry, cancellation, and reversals

13.1 Expiry. Unused bonuses, FS, or unclaimed rewards expire on the date shown in the offer.

13.2 Bonus removal on withdrawal. If you request a withdrawal before completing wagering, we may remove the active bonus and associated bonus winnings. You can cancel a bonus in the cashier to withdraw your cash balance.

13.3 Chargebacks. Winnings from deposits that are charged back may be cancelled pending resolution.

14. Examples

Example A — Matched deposit 100% up to €100, 25× bonus wagering, max bet €5
Deposit €60 → bonus €60 → wagering target = 25 × 60 = €1,500. You place €1,200 in qualifying slot stakes and €300 on live roulette (10% contribution, counts as €30). Total towards wagering = €1,230. Remaining = €270. Max bet per spin/round = €5.

Example B — Free spins 50, winnings as bonus, 20× wagering
You win €12 from FS. Wagering target = 20 × 12 = €240. After you wager €240 on eligible slots, any remaining bonus balance converts to cash.

Example C — Weekly cashback 10% up to €100 (paid as cash)
Across Mon–Sun you stake €300 and win €250 → net loss €50 → cashback = €5 (no wagering). If your net position is a win, cashback is €0.

15. Transparency and communications

15.1 Key terms upfront. We show headline benefits with significant conditions (wagering, contribution, max bet, expiry, exclusions) in the offer card and in your inbox message.

15.2 In‑product tracking. Your cashier displays remaining wagering, expiry countdown, and which balance is being used.

15.3 Language and accessibility. We avoid jargon and keep copy concise. Accessible formats are available on request.

16. Complaints and dispute process

Should you suspect that a promotion has been misapplied, reach out to Support and provide them with screenshots along with the corresponding timestamps. We will explore the matter and provide a reply. Should you find yourself at odds with our conclusive reply, you have the option to elevate your concerns to our ADR provider, as outlined in the Terms & Conditions.

17. Changes to this Policy

This Policy might undergo revisions due to legal, regulatory, or operational considerations. We will release the latest version, complete with a revised date, and wherever significant modifications impact ongoing offers, we will notify the affected participants.

18. Quick checklist (for players)

  • Check wagering, contribution, max bet, expiry before accepting.
  • Keep stakes within the max bet while wagering.
  • Track progress in the cashier.
  • Avoid irregular play patterns.
  • Use limits, time‑outs, or self‑exclusion if needed.
  • Ask Support if anything is unclear before you play.
