4. Responsible play and player protection

4.1 Our duty of care. We have a legal and ethical duty to prevent harm from gambling. We monitor behaviour for risk indicators, offer protective tools, provide information, and intervene where appropriate. Our Responsible Play Policy explains our approach in detail.

4.2 Limits and tools. You can set deposit, loss, and time limits per day, week, or month. Decreasing a limit takes effect immediately; increasing a limit becomes active only after a cooling‑off period. You can also set session reminders, enable reality checks, or use a time‑out.

4.3 Self‑exclusion and CRUKS. You may self‑exclude through your account or register in CRUKS. Where a CRUKS registration exists, we must refuse access and cannot override it. We check CRUKS at login and at the start of each play session.

4.4 Interventions and encounters. Calling, setting limits, requesting a break, asking for affordability information, or suspending your account may be necessary if our monitoring identifies risky play, such as chasing losses, long sessions, significant expenditure fluctuations, or financial harm. Decisions are made according to the seriousness of the risks.

4.5 Information and assistance. On our website, you will find connections to private assistance groups. Quickly seek help and think about long-term exclusion if gambling affects your health, relationships, or finances.

5. Payments and wallet

5.1 Account currency. Accounts operate in euros (EUR). If we introduce additional currencies, we will display applicable exchange rates and any conversion fees before confirmation.

5.2 Deposits. You may deposit using the payment methods listed in the cashier. Minimum and maximum limits apply per method. We do not accept cash or payments from third parties. We may restrict play until the deposit is confirmed.

5.3 Withdrawals. You may request a withdrawal of your available cash balance at any time, subject to verification and checks. Where possible, withdrawals are returned to the source method (e.g., the original IBAN or card). We may split withdrawals to meet security and compliance requirements.

5.4 Processing times. Indicative processing times are shown in the cashier. Delays can occur if you have outstanding verification steps, if your gameplay requires review, or if a payment provider needs additional information.

5.5 Fees. We aim to keep transactions free of charge. However, we may apply reasonable fees for specific services (e.g., certain withdrawal methods, repeated withdrawal cancellations, manual bank transfers, currency conversion). All fees are disclosed before you confirm the transaction.

5.6 Payment reviews and AML. We monitor transactions to prevent fraud, money laundering, and terrorist financing. We may request documents to confirm the source of funds or wealth. If you do not provide the requested information, we may suspend withdrawals until the review is complete.

5.7 Chargebacks and reversals. Initiating a chargeback without a valid reason may lead to account suspension and recovery of costs. Winnings related to charged‑back deposits may be voided.

5.8 Incorrect credits. If funds are added to your account by mistake, the amount remains our property. You must notify us and not use the funds. We may reverse the transaction and recover any amounts paid out in error.

5.9 Safeguarding of customer funds. Customer funds are held in segregated accounts and are not used for operational expenses. In the unlikely event of insolvency, we aim to protect balances according to regulatory standards; details of the safeguarding model are published on the Platform.

6. Using the Platform

6.1 Specifications for the technical realm. A solid internet connection, an updated browser or app version, and a device that is compatible are all necessary. You need dependable bandwidth to watch live games and stream content.

6.2 Maintenance and updates. We may perform maintenance, apply patches, or update content. During maintenance, the Platform may be unavailable. We try to give notice for planned work and to minimise disruption.

6.3 Fair play rules. You must not interfere with the Platform, attempt unauthorised access, probe for vulnerabilities, reverse engineer code, scrape data, or use any automated tool to place bets or make decisions. Collusion with other players or exploitation of faults is prohibited.

6.4 Game malfunctions. If a game behaves abnormally because of a technical issue, the affected round is void. Stakes are returned, and balances are restored to the last known good state. Our system logs and, where applicable, our suppliers’ records are conclusive.

6.5 History and records. Your account shows transaction and gameplay history. Contact support if you require historical statements beyond what is available online.

7. Verification, compliance, and sanctions

7.1 Regulatory compliance. We comply with the Dutch Remote Gambling Act, the Prevention of Money Laundering and Terrorist Financing Act (Wwft), data protection laws, consumer laws, and our KSA licence conditions.

7.2 Due diligence. We verify identity, age, address, and payment ownership. We may perform ongoing monitoring and request documents again if risk factors change or as required by law.

7.3 Enhanced due diligence. If you are a politically exposed person (PEP), related to a PEP, or present higher risk, we will apply enhanced checks. These may include additional documents, lower limits, and closer monitoring.

7.4 Sanctions and embargoes. We screen customers against sanctions lists. If you appear on a relevant list, we will block or close the account and, where required, freeze funds.

7.5 Suspicious activity reporting. We report suspicious transactions to the appropriate authority as required by law. You will not be informed of such reports.

8. Games, outcomes, and settlement

8.1 Game information. Each game displays its rules, mechanics, volatility, and return‑to‑player (RTP). Read the information screen before you play. By starting a round, you confirm that you understand the game.

8.2 Random number generation. RNG‑based games use certified random number generators. Independent testing laboratories review the RNG and the game math. Certificates and summaries are available on our site or on request.

8.3 Live dealer games. Live games are streamed from secure studios. Outcomes are determined by physical equipment (cards, wheels, dice). The studio’s logs are authoritative. If a video stream is interrupted, the round will be completed by the studio or voided according to the game rules.

8.4 Accepting bets. A bet is accepted when it appears in your history with a unique identifier and the stake has left your wallet. If an attempt fails before acceptance, no stake is taken.

8.5 Settlement. We settle results promptly after they are known. If an error leads to the wrong settlement, we will correct the error and adjust balances.

8.6 Disconnections. If you disconnect mid‑round, the game will attempt to resume when you reconnect. If the round is complete on our servers, the result stands. Stakes for rounds that never started because of disconnection are returned.

8.7 Advantage play and collusion. Using external assistance, sharing hole‑card information, exploiting software bugs, or engaging in coordinated strategies is not allowed. We may void affected bets and close accounts.

8.8 Jackpots. Progressive jackpots are funded across multiple operators and games. The amount shown is indicative and may change until confirmed by the jackpot system. If a jackpot is won, the official jackpot server record determines the payout.

9. Bonuses, promotions, and rewards

9.1 Promotional terms. Each offer is subject to specific promotional terms (the “Promotion Terms”). Promotion Terms form part of these Terms. If there is a conflict, the Promotion Terms control for that offer.

9.2 Eligibility and limits. Offers may be limited by player segment, payment method, time period, or invitation. Unless stated otherwise, offers are limited to one per person, household, address, IP, device, or payment method.

9.3 Bonus wallet. Bonus funds are kept separate from cash funds. We clearly display each balance. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the relevant conditions are met.

9.4 Wagering requirements. Wagering requirements are stated as a multiple of the bonus and, where applicable, the deposit. Contribution may vary by game type. Contribution tables and excluded games are shown in the Promotion Terms.

9.5 Maximum bet and validity. While wagering is active, a maximum bet per spin/round may apply. Bonuses have an expiry date. Breaches of the max bet or expiry rules may result in bonus removal and the confiscation of winnings linked to the bonus.

9.6 Irregular play. Strategies designed to bypass wagering (such as zero‑risk bets, hedging, or covering opposite outcomes) are not allowed. We may cancel bonuses and related winnings in case of irregular play.

9.7 Free spins and cashback. Free spins and cashback are credited according to the Promotion Terms. Free spins winnings may be credited as bonus money and may carry wagering. Cashback can be cash or bonus depending on the offer.
